My casino host took card of it and I was told due to all the troubles the 4th night would be comped. Everyone prior too stated a different excuse, Saturdays weren’t included, then “weekends” then no availability, the excuses were plentiful. After a dozen attempts and phone calls, I finally had to involve my local casino host. Valid until 3/31/21 with No restrictions. Being an elite card holder in Cincinnati, I qualified for 3 free nights, no resort fee, feee play money and a resort credit. From the outside the property, Casino, pools, decor looked beautiful, which they all were.
This was supposed to be my daughters belated 21st birthday celebration.
